Welcome to Notus Elementary.  We are a small, rural school with a student population of about 195 students.  Notus Elementary provides academic excellence and opportunity, in a safe, caring, and respectful learning environment. We require high standards within a challenging curriculum to provide the educational foundation for students to become responsible, contributing members of society. Through rigorous and creative instructional methods, we strive to meet the individual and group learning needs of all our children. Notus Elementary School, in partnership with family and community, teaches effective communication skills, provides knowledge of how to learn, and encourages students to experience the joy of lifelong learning.
